I know its a bit of a cliched gag but he is Dr Cliche. To make him collapse I had to shoot him in the head with a magnum, quickly change to unarmed so the gun wouldn't be in shot and take the screenshot before his body disappeared. luckily the random death animation had him ending in a fetal position which is perfect for the context of the situation.
